PRODUCTS & JEWELRY

We make every effort to accurately display and describe our jewelry, including colors, dimensions, carat weights, gemstones, metals, and other characteristics.

Because jewelry is made with natural and/or lab-grown gemstones and may be handmade or made to order, slight variations may occur. Natural gemstones may contain variations in color, inclusions, patterns, and other characteristics that make each stone unique.

Images may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, and device displays.

Carat weights and measurements may be approximate unless specifically stated otherwise.

ORDERS & PRICING

All prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct errors in product descriptions, specifications, pricing, promotions, availability, or other information and to cancel or modify an order if information relating to that order is inaccurate.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, pricing errors, or misuse of promotional offers.

Discounts and promotional offers cannot be combined unless specifically stated otherwise.

CUSTOM & MADE-TO-ORDER JEWELRY

Custom, personalized, altered, resized, engraved, specially sourced, and made-to-order pieces may require additional production time.

Once production has begun or materials/stones have been specially sourced for an order, the order may not be changed or canceled.

Custom, personalized, altered, or specially commissioned pieces are final sale unless otherwise agreed to in writing by JUGAR N SPICE.

Variations inherent in handmade jewelry, natural gemstones, and custom fabrication are not considered defects.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Items marked final sale, sale merchandise, promotional purchases where specified, custom pieces, altered jewelry, personalized jewelry, and specially ordered merchandise may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable return conditions before completing a purchase.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping and delivery estimates are provided as estimates and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated.

JUGAR N SPICE is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, incorrect shipping information supplied by the customer, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

International customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and import charges unless otherwise expressly stated.

JEWELRY CARE

Fine jewelry requires appropriate care. Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper care, impact, loss of stones resulting from damage, and damage caused by third-party repairs or alterations are not considered manufacturing defects.

We recommend having frequently worn fine jewelry professionally inspected periodically, particularly pieces containing prong-set gemstones.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including photographs, jewelry designs, product names, descriptions, graphics, logos, branding, text, videos, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to JUGAR N SPICE and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used commercially without prior written permission.
