Returns & Exchanges


We want you to love your Jugar N Spice piece—but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns work:


Return Window

• U.S. orders: Eligible for return within 14 days of purchase

• International orders: Eligible within 21 days of purchase


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once this window has passed.


Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be full-price, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging

• All custom order & custom-made, adjusted, or altered pieces are final sale

• All sale items and purchases made with promo codes are final sale


Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A receipt or order number is required for all returns.



Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original form of payment within a few business days. We’ll notify you via email once it’s complete. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.



Sale Items & Promotions

Items purchased on sale or with any promotional code are final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange.



Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive damaged or defective.

To initiate an exchange:

1. Email us at info@jugarnspice.com to let us know.

2. Return the original item to the address below.

3. Place a new order for the replacement item.

Sizing Adjustments

Need a size adjustment?

• Before shipment: Leave a note at checkout—we’re happy to resize eligible pieces (like bracelets) free of charge.

• After shipment: You may return the item with a note requesting the desired adjustment. We’ll resize it for free, but you’ll be responsible for return shipping.
